Booked a room with absolutely stunning views of the ocean.

Perfect hotel, I greatly enjoyed its very central location right by Wisma Merdeka, and other food court and shopping malls. The room was huge, contemporary and had a mini fridge bar, a sitting area and a work desk...

The staff - some of them were absolutely rude.

The Gaya Centre Hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was perfect - right in the heart of the town with everything within easy reach. Secondly, the prices were incredibly reasonable, offering great value for money. Additionally, the staff were extremely attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast, with its local flavors, was a delightful experience, especially with the stunning views from the dining area.

I found everything at this hotel to be satisfactory.

Superb sea view (remember to request a high floor and sea view when booking) Very efficient friendly staff. Reception staff have deposit refunds and documents waiting and ready. Restaurant staff will provide wholemeal bread for toast if you request it the day before. Great value special price on weekend buffet/steamboat (over 55s pay RM25++ per person for crab, prawns, chicken, beef, lamb, several varieties of fish, and much more) Locality - easy walking distance for most amenities

Bathrooms have an inadequate venting system. Although they are immaculately clean, they always smell a little stale. I suspect this could be fixed.

This hotel boasts a great location, just steps away from a popular shopping mall with a cinema. It's also conveniently situated near the KK international airport and the famous Gaya street. the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Guests can enjoy a decent breakfast spread and many facilities, including a parking garage and smoking area.

I greatly enjoyed the hotel, all the interiors were modern. the double room was well priced, it had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. - the location was very central, magnificent in the center of town.

At reception was a sign that check-in was only after 2 pm & the check-in staff seemed to relish that or is this common in KK hotels? One of the check-in staff was cold n brusque. For RM190 per night, I can find better value elsewhere.

The key location was perfect for exploring the city during my new year holiday. the hotel offered clean rooms and a basic breakfast which was enough for a busy day of sightseeing. Best aspects: the hotel was conveniently located near a variety of attractions, including a night market and a shopping center.

The rooms were very small, not suitable for more than two people, and had barely enough space for luggage. Unfortunately, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor which made the stay uncomfortable.

Idea location, despite being at the centre of the city yet away from the congestion.
